Membership Terms

CC-AN membership is open to alumni of Chicago Catholic schools across schools, graduating classes, and generations, and to others who share CC-AN’s mission and wish to support its alumni community and Community Impact work. Membership is not limited to any single school or graduating class.

Membership and the forms on this website are intended for adults age 18 and older.

Membership dues are $25 per month.

Dues are currently collected as a manual monthly payment. CC-AN does not operate automatic billing, automatic renewal, recurring card billing, or subscription billing through this website, and submitting the membership form does not charge you.

Payment instructions are provided through CC-AN’s approved payment process as part of the membership process. Zelle is CC-AN’s initial approved payment method. No payment processor is integrated into this website, and CC-AN does not receive automated payment confirmation through the site.

Submitting a membership request begins the process; by itself it does not establish paid membership. CC-AN reviews membership requests and verifies payment before a membership is recorded as active. CC-AN will follow up using the contact information you provide.

CC-AN members are asked to:

• Participate respectfully in CC-AN spaces, events, and communications
• Refrain from harassment or discriminatory behavior
• Use member and alumni information only for CC-AN purposes, never for solicitation
• Avoid misrepresenting an affiliation with, or authority to speak for, CC-AN

CC-AN may address conduct concerns as needed to protect the alumni community and its programs.

Membership does not obligate anyone to serve on a committee. Committee participation is separate, optional, and voluntary, and it follows its own interest and review process. General members are welcome to simply stay connected, attend events, and participate at the level that works for them.

Support for CC-AN or CC-AN Community Impact is optional and separate from monthly membership dues. Dues are membership dues, not donations, and giving does not create or replace membership.

Membership is voluntary, and you may end your CC-AN membership at any time by contacting CC-AN at ccanchicago@gmail.com. No advance notice period is required.

Because dues are paid manually rather than through automatic recurring billing, there is no subscription to switch off. CC-AN will update your membership status after receiving your cancellation request, and you will not owe future monthly membership dues after your cancellation takes effect. You are always welcome to rejoin later.

Membership dues already paid are generally nonrefundable. CC-AN does not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact CC-AN so the matter can be reviewed.

CC-AN may update these Membership Terms as the organization grows. CC-AN will post the current version on this page and will provide members reasonable notice of significant changes.
